Mediation Confidentiality is protected in

civil court referred cases through

Judiciary Rule Title 17. Mediation Confidentiality is protected in other cases through the Maryland Mediation Confidentiality Act, Sections 3-1801 through 3-1806 of the              

Maryland Code.
